• Marketing communications (e.g. newsletters, offers) — based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time
• Website analytics and improving our services — based on consent (cookies) or our legitimate interests

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Other healthcare professionals involved in your care, with your consent, where a referral is appropriate
• Service providers that support our website, booking and advertising, including Webflow, Cliniko and Meta. They process personal data under contractual terms and applicable data-protection law.
• Insurance providers, where you are claiming treatment costs through a health insurance policy
• Regulatory or professional bodies, or law enforcement, where we are legally required to do so

How long we keep your data

In line with General Chiropractic Council guidance, we retain adult patient records for 8 years from your last visit. If you were a child at the time of treatment, we retain your records until your 25th birthday (or 26th birthday if you were 17 at the end of treatment). This aligns with NHS hospital record-keeping standards. We retain other personal data, such as booking and marketing contact details, only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the website. With consent, we may also use analytics and marketing cookies, including for advertising measurement. Non-essential cookies can be accepted or rejected through our consent banner.
